How we work with a new buyer
- Specification first. Load, aisle, surface, shift pattern, destination port. The model follows from those five answers, not from a price list.
- Written quotation. Model, mast, attachment, packing, Incoterm and lead time on one page.
- Documents before payment. Declaration of Conformity, load chart, and photographs of the actual build.
- After-sales. Parts list with each machine so the first reorder is not a discovery process.
